Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $25 or more after discounts and before taxes. Shipping fees for orders below $25 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship orders from our overseas warehouse. For U.S. orders, estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs checks, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, household members, front desk, or neighbors first, then contact us at chris@litafood.com.
